LPLA is incredibly grateful for the strong community leaders willing to volunteer extra time to collaborate for a healthier Lake Pepin. Together, the "Council" represents different stakeholder groups affected by excess nutrients and sediment. Participating members meet with LPLA periodically to provide feedback. They also work to expand outreach and awareness to their specific communities. Thanks to the Council of Champions, the LPLA is building momentuum towards restoration.
