Join us for a paddle to Gilbert Creek!

We’re excited to invite you to a special guided paddle on Thursday, August 20, from 4:00–6:30 p.m. at Hok-Si-La Park.

We’ll paddle Lake Pepin to the mouth of Gilbert Creek and hear from local experts about the health of the creek, restoration work in the watershed, and the history of the Native American cemetery located on the terrace above the creek.

The event is free, but registration is required and spots are limited. All kayaks, canoes, paddles, and life jackets will be provided.
