There's has never been a better time to join the LPLA crew! LPLA has spearheaded a large restoration project in Upper Lake Pepin expected to improve water quality, fish and wildlife habitat, and small boat navigation. Your membership helps LPLA stay at the helm by advocating for the lake and its communities.

Mud Picnic Information
In 2019, all Bald Eagle Members ($500+) are invited to join us for an entertaining MUD PICNIC. Attendees will be ferried to a shallow location in Lake Pepin, where picnic tables & refreshments will be waiting to for them. LPLA and guest speakers will provide a special presentation and art activist, Maris Gilbert, will be painting the scene at it unfolds. Special photo opportunities will be set-up to encourage attendees to take photos of themselves “walking on water” and standing nearby large passerby boats and barges. It should be a fun evening that highlights the sedimentation problem up close and personal. More information will be made available as the event takes shape.
