LPLA is hosting a "Mud Picnic" for 40-50 of our largest donors to highlight Lake Pepin's sedimentation problem up close and personal. Attendees will be ferried to an island that is growing at an accelerated rate. In the shallow water— where most boat groundings occur— guests will find entertainment, refreshments, and picnic tables in the water.
